Marcelino is the Chief Executive Officer of Photon Marine, a pre-seed startup that seeks to develop high-powered, long-range electric outboard motors for marine fleets. Photon's vision is to preserve our waterways and oceans through increased adoption of electric propulsion technology on the waters. Prior to Photon, Marcelino served as Chief Product Officer at Fresh Consulting, which acquired Uncorked Studios, a product design firm that he co-founded in 2010 and served as CEO. Marcelino enjoys chatting about baseball, public policy, urban mobility, and sustainable systems. His dream project that brings all these together involves getting the Marlins to relocate to Portland to reside in an eco-friendly waterfront stadium with a kayak pool in right field. He and his wife Margaret have a son Caleb (8), daughter Lucia (7), and son Mateo (3).
